Users must be invited by the administrator of the company. This will occur via an email invitation. Once invited, follow the steps by creating login information and password. When completed, it will direct the User to the company’s ZarMoney site.
Setup a New User:
- From any screen in ZarMoney, hover over Company tab and select Company Preferences, hover over User Security, and select Users from the drop down menu.
Enter User Information:
- Enter the users Full Name, Email, Role, and Default Location.
- When entering the users email, be sure it is valid because this is where their invitation to join your company's ZarMoney will be sent.
- Choose from the drop down menu the Role selected for the User.
- Choose from the drop down menu the Default Location selected for the User.
