Create an Invoice from Sales Order (Accounts Receivable)
- Hover over Actions and select Create Invoice. All of the information from the Sales Order will automatically be added to the Invoice. All items/services that have not yet been invoiced from the Sales Order will also appear. If an item/service that is not being invoiced at this time needs to be removed, select the Trash Can icon to the right of the item/service and it will be removed from the Invoice. (Removed items/services will be available when you create another Invoice from the initial Sales Order).
Select the Quick Invoice icon at the top right side of the Sales Order (to the left of the Credit Card icon). A secondary window will pop up titled Quick Invoice where the quantities of each item to be invoiced can be entered. When finished, select Save & Close.
