You will receive an error message if the account type in ZarMoney does not match the type stated in the QFX file, i.e. you try to upload a credit card statement file into a bank type financial account in ZarMoney. Make sure the statement you are uploading is for the right account.
If you are not seeing the transactions on the 'Match' screen after upload:
- You want to make sure that you have not previously downloaded the transactions already,
- You are on the 'Online Transactions' tab, and
- You have the correct date range selected.
