An Expense is any money spent to operate a company (not directly related to the sale of individual goods or services). When creating an expense in ZarMoney you are recording it in your Profit & Loss.
- Add New Expense
Under the purchases tab on ZarMoney home page hover over the expense option and click on '+'.
2. Fill In Expense Information
After opening Expense you will be required to fill out Expense information for example; Payment Method, Credit Card Account, Date, Type, etc.
3. Choose Financial Account
Add the financial account from your Chart of Accounts related to the expense.
4. Add Description and subtotal
Enter description of Expense, then enter a subtotal.
Lastly, save the expense by clicking on your saving preference.
