An Expense is any money spent to operate a company (not directly related to the sale of individual goods or services). When creating an expense in ZarMoney you are recording all your companies expenses.
- Open Expense
Under the purchases tab on ZarMoney home page hover over the expense option and click on '+'.
2. Fill In Expense Information
After opening Expense you will be required to fill out Expense information for example; Payment Method, Credit Card Account, Date, Type, etc.
3. Chose Financial Account
Chose the Financial Account for the Expense.
4. Add Description and subtotal
Enter description of Expense, then enter a subtotal.
Lastly, save the expense by clicking on your saving preference.
