Create an Invoice from Sales Order (Accounts Receivable)
- From your Sales Order, hover over Actions and select Create Invoice. All of the information from the Sales Order will automatically be added to the Invoice. All items/services that have not yet been invoiced from the Sales Order will also appear. If an item/service that is not being invoiced at this time needs to be removed, select the Trash Can icon to the right of the item/service and it will be removed from the Invoice. (Removed items/services will be available when you create another Invoice from the initial Sales Order).
- Select the Quick Invoice icon at the top right side of the Sales Order (to the left of the Credit Card icon). A secondary window will pop up titled Quick Invoice where the quantities of each item to be invoiced can be entered. When finished, select Save & Close.
