Country/Region List

The Country/Region list is used to keep track of areas to which your company sells or ships.

Quick Reference

  • Access Country/Region List
  • Add a New Country/Region

Access Country/Region List

Add a New Country/Region


To add a new Country/Region:

  • In the Name field choose a name that will be used to identify the Country/Region and enter it here.
  • When finished select Add New to save the Country/Region.
  • New Country added as shown below.

Delete or Edit a Country/Region


To Delete a Country/Region:

  • Select the Trash Can Icon to the right of the Country/Region you would like to Delete.
  • A pop-up window will ask if you are sure you want to delete this record. Select Yes to continue and delete. Select No to go back to the Country/Region List without making any changes.


To Edit a Country/Region:

  • Select the Pencil Icon to the left of the Country/Region you would like to Edit.
  • Complete the modifications to the record.
  • Select OK to save the changes or Cancel to go back to last saved version of that Country/Region.

Manage States


To Add a State:

  • Find the line that contains the Country/Region you would like to modify and select Manage States.
  • Enter the state Name and Code and select Add New to save.
  • New State/Province shown below.

To Delete a State:

  • Select the Trash Can Icon to the right of the State you would like to Delete.
  • A pop-up window will ask if you are sure you want to delete this record. Select Yes to continue and delete. Select No to go back to the States List without making any changes.

To Edit a State:

  • Select the Pencil Icon to the left of the State you would like to Edit.
  • Modify the information.
  • Select OK to save the changes or Cancel to go back to last saved version of that State.
